This is our best selling package, and for good reason, as it provides you with a bit of everything! This package includes Sleep Diary Analysis, 2 consultations, a Tailored Sleep Plan, and aftercare with direct support from your Sleep Coach. This package is ideal for addressing your child’s sleep needs now and preparing you for future sleep issues you may follow.
What’s included
Sleep Diary Analysis
Following the completion of the Sleep Diary, I will analyse your child’s sleep, activity and diet. I will use evidence based research, along with training and experience to the consider recommendations for improving your child’s sleep and well-being.
1 x 60 minute Consultation
Once you have received and reviewed the analysis, we will then have the first consultation, which will be up to 60 minutes, where you can ask any questions about your child’s sleep, the analysis, and considerations. We will also discuss which strategies may be best suited for your child.
Tailored Sleep Plan
Once we have discussed the analysis, I will devise a Sleep Plan which will be tailored to your child’ s sleep needs, stage of development, personality and temperament. I will also ensure the plan fits in around your family, so that the plan can be maintained and achieved.
2 Weeks Whatsapp Support
You will have direct access to me via WhatsApp, messenger or email (your preference) for 1 week. You can share progress, ask questions and have guidance during any bumps during the implementation of the sleep plan.
1 x 30 Minute Consultation
During the second consultation, we will review the progress of the sleep plan and consider any further alterations or changes. You may choose to use this final consultation to discuss ‘after care’, such as time differences, travel, illness, developmental phases, or future anticipated changes.
Follow up email
Following the final consultation, I will follow up with an email to summarise our discussion, progress and considerations for managing sleep in the future.
