The home visit is specific to Jersey.
The Home Visit is a 90 minute consultation at your home at your preferred time. This package would be ideal for preparing your home for a new arrival, moving your baby into their own room, making changes within the home, or improving sleeping arrangements or routine. The visit will be followed up with an email, summarising the consultation, suggestions and recommendations.
What’s included
90 minute Home Visit
The home visit consists of a visit for up to 90 minutes. During this time you can share any concerns, questions or considerations with me and I will provide advice and support based on your family needs. You may use this time to ask me any questions about sleep, routine or sleep hygiene.
Follow up Email
You can expect to receive a follow-up email focused on addressing small sleep-related issues within the next 24 hours. This email will provide additional information and resources tailored to the specific concerns we discussed during our conversation. It will include tips on improving sleep hygiene, potential lifestyle adjustments, and advice on what potential packages can help further in the future.
